Sleep therapy helps restore natural sleep. Treatment usually extends over six sessions tailored to the particular circumstances of the individual. It consists of relating lifestyle to sleep patterns to see what changes can be intelligently introduced, combined with restorative and mindful practices to settle and ground the nervous system.
I have taught mindfulness meditation for 25 years in London and Oxford. I offer a short course of individual meditation coaching, over 4 sessions, in my studio near Summertown. Each session is one hour long and the price is £25. I also see small groups if you want to arrange the group yourself. I have weekday spaces available.
