I practice the Feldenkrais Method, which is a unique way of learning how to feel better. The client brings an issue to the teacher which is explored through talk and touch. Sessions last an hour, are fully clothed, and are tailored to each individual's needs. The gentle, supportive and intelligent touch I offer will help you live more easily and give you the power to help yourself feel better and improve.
