After spending over a decade spread across different gyms in Oxford, it was time to create a superior environment for our members. Unlike conventional gyms, we knew it shouldn’t be busy or oversubscribed at peak hours. We knew we wanted it to be friendly, welcoming and not intimidating. We knew we wanted it to be home to a community, where everyone supports those around them. It was time to have the freedom to select the highest quality kit, with no compromise.
In autumn of 2018 our studio finally opened giving us the chance to create a cutting-edge personal training programme that delivers results for everyone, whatever their goals. We have parking on site, very swish shower and changing facilities, and a community area stocked with coffee, tea and protein shakes to relax in before or after training.
Our goal is for 100% of our members to train with us regularly and actually look forward to their sessions. We work with people long term, not only achieving their health and fitness goals but ensuring they sustain them. With this goal in mind we’ve developed a structure to make training three times per week or more affordable, even with a personal trainer. We ensure constant motivation and constant development for all of our members
