Short lets are designed to offer you the flexibility of staying in a hotel yet at the same time enjoying the benefits of a full size house or apartment with your own environment and choice of location. Our short let service is regularly used by business executives, visiting academics, event and exhibition exhibitors and visitors, insurance companies for emergency housing and many more individuals who find it very convenient and hassle free. Our properties are furnished to a high standard with appliances and household items such as towels, linen, crockery and electrical goods are supplied. All of our short let properties include utility bills and council tax in the rent so you simply just move in and move out with a fixed price (telecommunication services are excluded).
